Business contact details of our clients and their staff (names, roles, phone, email)
Delivery information supplied by clients so we can complete deliveries: venue and consignee names, addresses, contact numbers and delivery instructions
Proof-of-delivery records: the name and signature of the person who received a consignment, and the time of delivery
Website usage data such as IP address, browser and pages visited
Messages you send us through any channel
3. Delivery Data We Hold for Clients
Most personal information we hold arrives from our clients so that a delivery can be made. We use it only to schedule, perform and confirm that delivery, and to keep the records a freight business must keep. We do not use consignee details for marketing, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

5. Who We Share It With
Only where necessary to operate: subcontracted drivers where used for a run, our accounting and IT service providers, and government bodies where the law requires it. Anyone handling personal information for us is required to protect it.
6. Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. If a data breach likely to cause serious harm occurs, we will notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

8. Access and Correction
